Since joining us in September of 2001, Meeko (#1) has been a wonderful addition to our family.  Meeko’s incessant curiosity keeps us on our toes around the clock!  She is often found nosing around the kitchen or exploring underneath a random bed. 

Nevertheless, Meeko is the most affectionate and loving Keeshond our family has ever had the opportunity to adopt.  With her rapidly wagging tail, Meeko never fails to greet us when we arrive home. 

She has developed her own language consisting of varying pitches of “woo-woo-woo” instead of plain barking.  In her remarkable attempts to communicate with us, Meeko’s language is becoming more distinctive every day.  Meeko’s pals include Max, a 6 year old female Australian Cattle Dog), and Lucky ( a 3 year old male German Shepherd Mix Dog).
